- Chef Sebastian Fink-
Taste the philosophy of our chef Sebastian Fink who joined the hotel team of hotel Bayerischer Hof and Reutemann/Seegarten in October 2011. Under his leadership, we continue with tradition while simultaneously developing novelties.
Sebastian Fink is from Roth near Nuremberg and has been trained by Rolf Schlegel in Kernen (Baden-Wuerttemberg). Additional milestones in his professional career were: restaurant "Jörg Müller" on Sylt and the restaurant "Real" in Vaduz, where he became headchef in 2001. In 2002 he graduated as best master craftsman in Bavaria and achieved the 4th place at the World Championship of Commis Rôtisseurs in Stockholm in 1998.
He puts special focus on the quality of his products that must be market-fresh and regionally sourced. Refined culinary delights are the result of his craftsmanship. Sebastian Fink is also Vice Conseiller Culinaire of the "Bailliage Lake Constance" of the ChaÎne des Rôtisseurs.
